Location: 31 Foundry Road Midland, WA

Project Overall: Mixed-use building design concept proposal

Year: 2021

The Medical Hotel project, proposed in Midland and surrounded by heritage buildings dating back to the 1830s, aims to blend medical and hospitality functions within a sustainable framework that respects local heritage.

This mixed-use building is designed to facilitate health goals. We propose comfortable accommodations, respect historical context, and promote sustainability and environmental consciousness.

You're on
The Holiday,
Not Hospital.

The concept of 'Nature Healing' is central to this project, offering a holistic healing environment. The use of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) brings warmth and cosiness to every square meter, from public areas to the guestrooms.

Medical Service
Can Be More
Welcoming.

We transform the healthcare experience by combining top-tier medical services with the inviting ambiance of a hotel. Our design ensures that patients feel at ease, supported by natural light, comfortable accommodations, and serene surroundings, making medical care feel more like a retreat than a routine.
