The project brief involves refurbishing a heritage building on Beaufort Street. The clients request us to create a lunch café bar targeting local workers and students. The aim is to renovate with a mid-range budget, incorporating bench or booth seating for at least 40 patrons, and achieving an exciting ambiance to attract customers.

The project requirements include using second-hand furniture from different suppliers and reclaimed timber cladding. This approach highlights cost-effectiveness and sustainability by reusing attractive used furniture, allowing for a mix-and-match style that results in a cohesive and appealing look.
